Shorter coordination times, faster series production, even more efficiency in the process – our journey to system supplier.

Everything starts with the tool. It is here that the success and the quality of a product are decided. Yet it has become clear that in an era of increasingly efficient and cost-effective customer solutions, it is also necessary for toolmakers to think ahead and take the next step.

Over the past 40 years, we have evolved from a specialist in injection molding and die casting tools to becoming a full-service provider for plastic-based components and assemblies. From 2015 to 2022 alone, we have invested more than 7 million euros in new injection molding capacities and manufacturing technologies, and our series production has been expanded, step-by-step. This also includes the expansion of our production area, which we have extended with the addition of a new works hall with more than 1,000 square meters for the purpose of injection molding.

160,000 components per month.

With clamping forces of 50 to 300 tons and 8 state-of-the-art injection molding machines, we now have a high-performance machine park which is directly connected to our toolmaking. This demonstrates the considerable advantage of our new strategic orientation. It is also possible to coordinate processes directly between the individual departments without the loss of any know-how. With the development and process configuration in particular, the customer and the manufacturer benefit, as the entire expertise of the departments flows into the design of the component and the conceptual design. This shortens the process and allows us to fulfill the ever-increasing demands surrounding the time to market or the process efficiency.

“Nowadays, offering a partial service as a specialist isn’t enough. Customers want lean and cost-effective process designs, short time lines and a competent contact person along the entire value added chain.”

From e-mobility to medical technology.

Our customers come from a wide variety of industries, often with very different requirements or specifications. One of our clear focal points is the automotive sector, particularly the area of e-mobility. Premium brands in the automotive industry, such as BMW and Toyota, as well as regional suppliers such as Magna and Hirtenberger, place their trust in our capabilities.

“We work at the technical limits, and make seemingly impossible projects possible with our design and development department.”

Part of a strong group.

Behind our company is the Rudi Göbel Group which is based in the town of Helmbrechts in Bavaria, a strong family-run parent company that provides us with consistent support on our journey to series production. The Rudi Göbel Group is a system supplier and development partner for plastic, metal and silicone components, and acquired the site in Knittelfeld in 2004. Today, the German parent plant and we as a subsidiary benefit from the transfer of know-how within the Group. At the same time, manufacturing capacities can be planned and delegated on a flexible basis in the event of peak orders or bottlenecks.
