Your key tasks at Promotool, a company of the Rudi Göbel Group, encompass the design and optimization of injection molding and die casting tools using the latest 3D-CAD/CAM systems. To continuously improve the quality of our manufacturing, we are seeing a Metal Technology Designer (m/f/d), to start as soon as possible.
Your future remit
- Designing tools (injection & die-casting molds)
- Creating the tool documentation
- Ongoing coordination with the customer
- Tool after-care (changes, corrections)
Our requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a Designer and/or Technical Draughtsman or have a technical degree (HTL, FH) in mechanical engineering, plastics technology or similar.
- 3D-CAD experience mandatory (ideally UG NX)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Structured, analytical thinking
- Willing to work hard and learn
- Willing to travel occasionally
